- Thanks to its corrosion resistance, this aluminium gasket is usable almost everywhere, except close to certain strong acids.
- Special preheating softens the surface of the metal ring so that it adapts to any uneven areas in the parts that are screwed together.
Sealing ring dimensions defined as internal and external dimensions. If the fit is too tight, the ring’s internal dimensions are key. E.g. a 10x12 sealing ring is replaceable with a 10x14 or even 10x16 sealing ring.
