Design your own sealing plate solution.

Design-A-Flange is a completely new cable entry flange concept,

which cannot be compared to other products on the market.

Design-A-Flange allows various different options of usage, as the entry of the flange can be

changed as needed with replaceable inserts.

It is no longer necessary to use different-sized cable entry flanges with pre-placed lead-throughs,

but you can decide yourself what size lead-throughs should be and how many of them you want, as well as

whether there is also a need for strain relief.

You just choose the inserts that meet your needs and you have a ready-made cable entry flange for your desired application.

With Design-A-Flange, you can use

standardized solutions or design your own.

The size, number and placement of the through holes

can be defined as desired.

You can choose a flange model that covers

today’s requirements, or a solution that can also

cover future requirements.

Changing the cable entry is easy; you just change

the inserts of the flange to suit the new requirements.

The Design-A-Flange gives many possibilities

for the use of different gaskets thanks to the

interchangeable inserts. If the waterproof and

dustproof membranes are not enough, you can either

cut the membrane off, or choose the insert “knockout”

and install KLIKSEAL, or some other type

of cable gland.

This also provides strain relief for the cable.

Design-A-Flange allows you to decide how to arrange the inserts, the size of the holes

and where you want them on the flange.

After this, it is easy to choose a seal that is stylish and easy to install.

You can design 120 unique variations of the Design-A-Flange and its inserts.

The Design-A-Flange cable entry flange concept is IP65 rated with or without cables.

For the first time, a flange that gives a high IP rating and at the same time

a lot of options.

All internal parts of Design-A-Flange are equipped with push-out membranes. No tools are needed to install

the cables. The cables are simply pressed through the membrane on the flange and the installation is complete.

A round hole is always obtained in the penetration, so IP65 installation is guaranteed.
