Types


  • Type C: thread and cone tip

  • Type F: thread and flat tip

  • Type R: thread and rounded tip
Notice

Stainless steel sheet metal screws are softer than case-hardened steel tapping screws. This means they bite poorly into the fastening sheet metal. Therefore they are only recommended for use in soft materials, e.g., aluminium.
