Zinc-flake coats are chromium (VI) free anti-corrosion coatings for commercial vehicle manufacturing, construction plants, agricultural vehicles and machinery, and other applications requiring protection against corrosion.
The corrosion resistance of ZFSHL is:
- Diameter ≥ M6 - 480 h*
- Diameter ≥ M10 - 720 h*
The ZFSHL marking refers to the following anti-corrosion coating:
- Zinc-flake coating, silver surface coating with friction-accordant lubrication.
- The surface coat with lubrication flakes has a friction coefficient range of 0.09-0.14 μ.
