The product is a class 3442 (750N) cast concrete approved halogen free 16 mm 2-layer installation pipe. Lubricated pipe inside with pre-installed fisher line. Product made of PP plastic. Flexible, self-recovering, and non-flame propagating conduit. Pipe colour grey. The pipe also has a running metre marking.
Aalto-series pipes are installable in cast concrete. Normal crimped structure pipe with profile designed for low friction and easy installation in piping stubs. In flat roof structures, pipe glides easily and does not cause extra structure blocking or issues with vapour seal plastic wear. In the event of fire, product does not form toxic gases or smoke. The pipe is LSZH rated and suitable for public works. Standard pack size is a 100-metre foil pack.
