Use

As shielded signal cable for continuously mobile installations in robot and product handling applications

requiring high mechanical tolerance. For indoor and outdoor use.

Structure

• Conductor fine-strand bright copper; layer-wound conductors.


• Conductor insulation polypropylene (PP).


• Two conductors, numbered black conductors.


• Three or more conductors, yellow-green and numbered black conductors.


• Inner jacket polyurethane (PUR).


• Shielding tinned copper wire thread.


• Jacket polyurethane (PUR), colour RAL 7001.

Properties

• Low capacitance → well suitable for cable traction up to 25 m.


• Halogen free.


• Low adhesion.


• Fire resistant and self-extinguishing.


• Resistant to UV radiation, microbes and water, solvent and oil, ozone and oxygen.


• Cadmium and silicone free.


• Nominal voltage Uo/U=300/500 V; UL/CSA U=600 V, insulation resistance >100 MΩ/km


• Minimum allowed bend radius: 7.5 × diameter

Temperatures

• fixed installation min. –50 °C, max. +80 °C


• mobile installation –40 °C, max. +80 °C
