The OSRAM SubstiTUBE T8 EM ADVANCED product line offers a wide selection of LED tubes to replace traditional T8 fluorescent tubes. The ADVANCED product line LED tubes have been updated to comply with the new SLR directive, e.g. in terms of flicker and energy labelling.
With the starter jumper supplied with SubstiTUBE T8 EM light tubes, you can replace a traditional T8 fluorescent tube directly without rewiring. In larger lighting groups, however, the luminaire-specific compensation must be removed. EM-type LED tubes can be used directly in choke ballast lamps and they can also be used with a direct 230 V mains voltage.
