Cable glands ensure strain relief and sealing in junction boxes and enclosures. This is the case, for example, in OBO’s tried-and-tested cable gland V-TEC on the sealing lip, which achieves IP 68 enclosure class thanks to OBO’s special lamella technology. Its strain relief and sealing have been tested according to DIN EN 50262. Optimum adaptation of the thread to the correct pitch guarantees very good vibration resistance.
