Defrosting cable F-10 Ebeco

F-10 is a smart self-adjusting heater cable that is sensitive to the ambient temperature. The heater cable adjusts itself allowing you to enjoy even heat distribution and monitored energy consumption at all times.

Because the cable is self-adjusting, you can cut it and fit it around a pipe without the risk of overheating. No cold lead is needed. In most cases, you will not need a thermostat. If the cable is long and installed inside the pipe, we recommend using a thermostat. We recommend using a residual-current circuit breaker with all heater cable structures.

You can install F-10 inside and outside water pipes and drainpipes. The product does not contain PVC, allowing safe installation inside a drinking water pipe.

F-10 was designed to stand Nordic winter conditions. How it works:

• Inside; 32 mm uninsulated plastic pipe up to –30°C.


• Outside; 32 mm plastic or metal pipe, 20 mm insulation, –20°C.

Folding or twisting the cable enhances its defrosting capacity.
